Welcome to Babe Wallet ("we," "our," or "us"), a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet application developed by Babe Finance & AI, a division of AV Ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Babe Wallet mobile application ("App").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Babe Wallet is designed with a privacy-first architecture, meaning your sensitive financial data stays on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Babe Wallet is a non-custodial, self-hosted wallet. We want to be transparent about what we do not collect or store:

• ❌ Private keys — never leave your device
• ❌ Recovery phrases (seed phrases) — generated and stored locally only
• ❌ Wallet passwords or PINs — stored in your device's secure hardware enclave
• ❌ Transaction history — retrieved directly from public blockchains
• ❌ Personal identity information — no KYC, no registration required
• ❌ Email addresses, phone numbers, or names
• ❌ Location data or GPS coordinates
• ❌ Contacts or call logs
• ❌ Photos, media, or files (except when you explicitly use the QR scanner feature)

The following data is created and stored exclusively on your device using industry-standard encryption:

Important: This data never leaves your device. If you uninstall the App or lose your device without backing up your recovery phrase, this data cannot be recovered by us or anyone else.

To provide you with real-time market data and blockchain functionality, the App communicates with the following public, third-party services. These connections are read-only and do not transmit any personal information:

4.1 Blockchain Networks

• Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base — via public RPC nodes
• Purpose: Retrieving wallet balances, broadcasting signed transactions
• Data sent: Your public wallet address only (which is already public on-chain)

4.2 Market Data Providers

• CoinGecko, Binance API, CoinMarketCap — for cryptocurrency pricing
• DexScreener — for decentralized exchange data
• Purpose: Displaying real-time prices, charts, and market information

4.3 Block Explorer APIs

• Etherscan, BscScan, PolygonScan — for transaction history
• Purpose: Displaying your past transactions from public blockchain data

4.4 Content Services

• Supabase — for community content (campaigns, social links)
• Purpose: Displaying promotional campaigns and community updates
• No user data is stored — only read-only public content is retrieved

4.5 Swap Aggregators

• 0x Protocol, OpenOcean — for decentralized token swaps
• Purpose: Finding the best swap rates across decentralized exchanges
• Data sent: Token pair and amount only — no personal information

Note: We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services. We do not control their data practices.

The App may request access to your device camera solely for scanning QR codes containing wallet addresses. We do not:

• Store images or photos
• Access your camera roll or gallery
• Use facial recognition
• Record video

Camera access can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

If you enable biometric authentication (fingerprint or face unlock), the biometric data is:

• Processed entirely by your device's operating system
• Never accessed, stored, or transmitted by Babe Wallet
• Used solely to unlock the App as an alternative to your PIN

• ❌ Facebook SDK or advertising trackers
• ❌ Any user behavior tracking or telemetry
• ❌ Crash reporting services that collect personal data

We implement multiple layers of security to protect your assets:

• Hardware-Level Encryption: Wallet credentials are stored in your device's secure hardware enclave (Android Keystore), providing military-grade AES-256 encryption.
• Screenshot Protection: Sensitive screens (recovery phrases, PINs, passwords) are protected from screenshots and screen recording.
• Auto-Lock: The App automatically locks after a configurable period of inactivity.
• HTTPS: All network communications are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
• Local Processing: All cryptographic operations (key generation, transaction signing) are performed locally on your device.

Babe Wallet is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at av@babefinance.org.

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to retain or delete. All App data resides on your device and can be permanently erased by:

1. Uninstalling the App from your device
2. Using the "Clear Cache" feature in App Settings
3. Performing a factory reset on your device

Warning: Ensure you have safely backed up your recovery phrase before deleting App data. Without it, your funds cannot be recovered.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Access: Since no personal data is collected on our servers, there is no server-side data to access.
• Right to Deletion: All data is locally stored and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
• Right to Portability: Your recovery phrase allows you to export and import your wallet into any compatible wallet application.
• Right to Opt-Out: No tracking or analytics means there is nothing to opt out of.

Babe Wallet is available globally. Since we do not collect or process personal data on our servers, cross-border data transfer concerns do not apply to our service. All data remains on your local device regardless of your geographic location.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted within the App and on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the most recent changes were made.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Babe Wallet is built using open-source cryptographic libraries (ethers.js, BIP39, BIP44) that are publicly auditable. Our commitment to transparency means:

• No hidden data collection
• No backdoors in our code
• Standard, auditable cryptographic methods
• Public blockchain interactions only
