Welcome to Babecoin Network. By downloading, installing, or using
our mobile application or web services, you agree to be bound by
these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using
the app.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Babecoin Network ("the App"), you confirm
that you are at least 12 years of age and have the legal capacity
to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms,
please do not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Babecoin Network is a community-based social rewards platform.
Users can:
• Earn virtual community points through daily activity sessions
• Complete tasks and challenges to receive bonus points
• Convert points within the platform ecosystem
• Send points to other registered community members
• Compete on global leaderboards
• Earn referral bonuses by inviting friends
All points and rewards on Babecoin Network are virtual community
credits. They are NOT real currency, cryptocurrency, or legal
tender. They hold no guaranteed monetary value outside the
Babecoin Network platform ecosystem.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 To use our services, you must create an account using a valid
email address or Google Sign-In.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if
you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.3 You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple
accounts created to gain unfair advantages will be permanently
banned.
3.4 You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date
information when registering.

4. VIRTUAL POINTS AND REWARDS
4.1 Virtual Points: All "B Points", "BABE tokens", balances,
and rewards displayed in the app are virtual community credits
issued and managed solely by Babecoin Network.
4.2 No Real-World Guarantees: We make no guarantee that virtual
points can be exchanged for real-world currency, goods, or
services. Any future exchange programs are at the sole discretion
of Babecoin Network.
4.3 No Physical Mining: Our activity sessions are simulated
virtual experiences. The app does NOT use your device's CPU, GPU,
battery, or hardware resources for any computational processing.
4.4 Point Expiry: Points may expire or be adjusted at our
discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, violation of terms,
or platform changes.

5. USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn points unfairly
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Share false, misleading, or harmful content
• Impersonate other users, administrators, or Babecoin staff
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account
suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 All content on Babecoin Network — including but not limited
to logos, graphics, text, UI design, and software code — is the
exclusive intellectual property of Babecoin Network and its
developers.
6.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any
portion of our platform without express written permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our platform uses the following third-party services:
• Supabase — for secure database and authentication services
• Google AdMob — for in-app advertisement delivery
• tawk.to — for live customer support chat
• Google Sign-In — for optional OAuth authentication
We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party
providers. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

8. ADVERTISEMENTS
Babecoin Network displays advertisements via Google AdMob. By
using our app, you agree to receive these advertisements. We do
not control the content of third-party ads shown within the app.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties
of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Points or rewards data will never be lost
• The app will be compatible with all devices

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babecoin Network and its
team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform,
including loss of virtual points or rewards.

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any
account that violates these Terms & Conditions, without prior
notice or liability.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support
team. Upon deletion, all your data and points will be permanently
removed within 30 days.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms
will be posted in the app and on our website. Your continued use
of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall
be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
